East wind 15 to 25 knots veering southeast early in the afternoon, then becoming 15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. Gusts up to 30 knots until late afternoon. Snow in the morning. Light freezing rain through the day. Rain likely and a chance of snow in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 4 feet.
