The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Havana.
* From Friday evening until further notice.
* At 845 PM Thursday the stage was 13.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by tomorrow evening and continue
to rise to near 15.0 feet by Tuesday morning.
* Impact... at 14.0 feet... minor flooding begins to agricultural areas
not protected by levees.

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST Friday...

* visibility... localized areas will see visibility down to a
quarter mile late this evening... with the dense fog becoming
more widespread after midnight. The fog should begin to lift
around mid morning Friday.

* Impacts... drivers should be prepared for rapidly changing
visibility. Be alert for slow moving traffic... especially
Friday morning during the commute to work or school.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
