evening.

* Total snow accumulations... 8 to 12 inches with locally higher
amounts possible along the Pine Ridge.

* Winds/visibility... north 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
Visibilities near zero at times in falling and blowing snow.

* Impacts... hazardous travel due to a combination of icy and
snow packed roads and poor visibilities due to falling and
blowing snow.
