I love the water, rivers, oceans, muddy marshes - all of it. I especially love being out there in natural world. Obviously lots of you do too. Which is one of the reasons I love this site so much. Thank you all so much for your time and effort to visually share your part of the world with us. And thank you in advance for your honest feedback, which I always learn from, and your kind commentary applause, which always motivates me to get out and shoot more photos.Laura (Sunsetsailor)

Uploaded by: SunsetSailor
Monday July 30, 2012
Caption: We've had 2 tropical storms and 2 extremely high tide events this summer causing about 4 feet of beach sand to be eroded from the NE side of Jekyll Island where this photo was taken. You see the dark thunks on the beach that are fallen trees that were buried and are now exposed .
