Cunene River to Walvis Bay: wind : SW 05 to 10 in the extreme south by the first half of the period, otherwise S to se 15 to 25. Vis : good but poor in fog patches in the extreme south by the first half of the period.

Walvis Bay to Orange River: wind : NW to N 15 to 20, becoming S to se 05 to 15 by the end of the period. Vis : poor in fog patches.

Orange River to cape agulhas: wind : NE 15 to 25, south of Cape Point at first, otherwise N to NW 15 to 25. Vis : poor in fog patches. Sea state: 2.5m at first, mainly SW swell.

Cape Agulhas to east london: wind : W to SW 10 to 15 east of port Alfred at first, otherwise se to E 10 to 20. It will become W to SW 20 to 25 west of Cape St. Francis by the end of the period, otherwise NE 20 to 25. Vis : good but moderate to poor in showers and rain east of Plettenberg Bay by the first half of the period. Sea state: 2.5m by the first half of the period, mainly SW swell.

East London to Maputo: wind : NE to N 15 to 25, becoming W to SW 05 to 15 south of St. Lucia by the second half of the period. Vis : good becoming poor in showers and rain south of St. Lucia by the second half of the period. Sea state: 2.5m in the extreme south at first, SW swell.

Mozambique channel: wind : SW 05 to 15 in the extreme east at first, otherwise S to se 10 to 20. Vis : moderate in showers and thundershowers. Sea state: 2.5m in the extreme north, se swell.
