At 2 PM PST...a 1033 mb high was over Idaho and another 1025 mb high was 500 nm W of Point Conception with a weak 1016 mb trough along the Southern California coast. High pressure inland and offshore will hold the trough over the coastal waters for the next few days keeping winds light.

Wind NE 10 kt or less night and morning... becoming NW in the afternoon. Wind waves 1 ft or less. Swell W 2 to 3 ft at 15 seconds.
