The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Winter
Storm Watch... which is in effect from Friday morning through
Saturday morning.

* Snow... 6 to 12 inches.

* Blowing snow... reducing visibility to one half mile at times

* timing... snow heavy at times will begin Friday morning and
continue through Saturday morning. Winds will increase Friday
morning and continue through Saturday morning.
