* affected area...Yavapai County mountains and lower elevation zones north of the Mogollon Rim.

* Timing...from late Tuesday morning through early Tuesday evening.

* 20 foot winds...southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

* Minimum relative humidity...10 to 15 pct.
