...Fire Weather Watch in effect from Thursday evening through Friday evening for low humidities and dry fuels for fire weather zones 295 and southern half of 297 including Sequoia National Forest...

The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Fire Weather Watch...which is in effect from Thursday evening through Friday evening.

* Affected area...fire weather zones 295 and southern half of 297 including Sequoia National Forest.

* Wind...breezy northerly winds 5 to 10 mph sustained with 15 to 20 mph gusts.

* Humidity...single digit relative humidity values for up to 12 hours in many locations.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread...however with light winds spread will be minimized. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible red flag warnings.
