... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5 am PDT Wednesday...

A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5 am PDT Wednesday for
the Kern County mountains and deserts.

* Winds: west northwest winds gusting up to 55 mph at times
through Wednesday morning. The strongest wind gusts will
occur between 900 PM PDT tonight and 300 am PDT Wednesday
morning.

* Locations include: Highway 14... 58... U.S. Route 395...
Mojave... California City and Inyokern.

* Impacts: strong cross winds on Highway 14 could make driving
difficult for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust will also
be possible at times with reduced visibility.
