* Winds... southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph at
times tonight... then increasing to southwest 15 to 25 mph
with gusts to 40 mph by early afternoon Wednesday.

* Relative humidity... 5 to 10 percent.

* Impacts... rapid fire growth on any wildfires or prescribed
Burns and agricultural Burns is possible. Open burning is not
recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
