Hazardous weather...

* freezing rain will spread across the area this morning. Ice
   accumulations around one tenth of an inch are possible.

* A period of light snow and sleet will be possible early this
   morning before becoming all freezing rain.

* As temperatures warm above freezing by late morning or early
