until 315 am CDT/215 am MDT/...

At 135 am CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking
heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms along a line extending from 5
miles north of Chambers to 9 miles northeast of Hershey... and moving
southeast at 5 mph.

Heavy rain is ongoing with rainfall rates of 1/4 to 1/2 inch per
hour. This rain is falling on wet ground producing significant
runoff and ponding. A gradual decrease in rainfall intensity is
expected through 315 am CDT... 215 am MDT.
