Statement as of 3:50 AM EST on March 03, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 PM this
afternoon to 1 am EST Wednesday...

* locations... lower Bucks County in Pennsylvania and the New
Jersey counties of Mercer and Middlesex.

* Hazard types... snow, sleet and freezing rain.

* Snow and sleet accumulations... less than 1 inch.

* Ice accumulations... up to around a tenth of an inch.

* Timing... snow and sleet will overspread the area during the mid
afternoon hours. The snow and sleet will transition to freezing
rain this evening before changing to rain for the overnight
hours.

* Impacts... untreated surfaces may become icy. Even a light
amount of ice could lead to hazardous travel conditions.

* Temperatures... in the mid to upper 20s this afternoon, rising
into the mid 30s tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This Winter Weather Advisory means that snow, sleet and freezing
rain may cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads
and limited visibility. Use extra caution if driving.

Special Statement
Statement as of 4:35 AM EST on March 03, 2015

... Patchy ice early this morning...

Temperatures rose above freezing on Monday in much of eastern
Pennsylvania and in all of New Jersey, Delaware and northeastern
Maryland. There was a fair amount of runoff from melting snow and
ice. Standing water on roads, walkways and parking lots froze
during the night. As a result, you may encounter patchy ice early
this morning.

If you will be going out early this morning, be prepared for
slippery spots. Use extra caution if driving.
