tonight to 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ Wednesday.
* Timing: southwest winds at 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts will
become west and will increase late this evening. Winds will remain
strong and gusty through Wednesday night.
* Winds: west to northwest winds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts up
