Statement as of 9:44 PM CDT on April 27, 2015

The Flood Warning continues for
the San Antonio River at Goliad.
* Until Thursday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Monday the stage was 22.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast: rise above flood stage by Tuesday afternoon and
continue to rise to near 26.4 feet by Wednesday early afternoon.The
river will fall below flood stage by early Thursday morning.

* At 25.0 feet minor lowland flooding occurs, with water in the
lowest areas of Goliad State Park. Livestock below Goliad to the
Guadalupe River confluence are cut off and potentially drown.

... Flood Warning extended until Saturday afternoon... the Flood
Warning continues for
the Guadalupe River near Bloomington.
* Until Saturday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Monday the stage was 23.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast: the river will continue rising to near 25.6 feet by
Wednesday morning... and stay above moderate flood for the next
couple of days. The river will fall below flood stage early
Saturday morning.

* At 26.0 feet irrigation and oil well pumps, tank batteries, and
equipment in the lower flood plain below Victoria flood. Livestock
are cut off, may have to be fed by boat, and could drown. Homes
downstream above Highway 35 on the left bank are cut off.
