Pine Log, FL (Bay County) near Ebro, FL Localized flooding.
For the past 48 hours we have received 7 to 8 inchs locally heavy rain in the Ebro/Pine Log,FL area.This morning when I got up I went down to the bridge on Otter Creek Bridge RD and discovered that Otter Creek was almost to the bottom of the bridge and areas around the bridge there was flooding occurring at the time.
When I went to investage what the was the road condition heading toward Stillfield RD via Otter Creek Bridge Rd (0ppsite direction from the bridge.)alittle over a mile and half from the bridge I discovered that there was about 2 1/2 to 3 feet of water in the road before what we call the Y of Otter Creek Bridge RD and Otter Creek RD.I walk towards the Y and found another section of road underwater I turn back and head home.
I will be checking the creek and road condition in the morning again.
