An ideal weather morning, temp a nice 14C, bright sun, a breeze from the west enough to move the flag. To warm up into mid 20's once again, no sign of rain for the next several days at least.
Important meeting with Minister of Health this morning to discuss, and hopefully reinstate the air evacuation procedures the island has had for the past thirty years. Current system might serve the province, certainly a huge step back for the benefit of the island.
Emily augmenting her job with a few babysitting gigs this week, in preparation for a visit to Quispam. Rob out the door early once again.

Ideal weather conditions here as well. Enough NW breeze to keep the skeeters somewhat scarce as well as the checkered wing horseflies.
We hauled our outside gear today and while there a pod (school) of white sided dolphins put on quite an aerial show. They looked like they were having fun. While they were doing flips and flops a butterfly flew by. We were about 6 miles from nearest land. Mother Nature never ceases to amaze me.
Rachel safely in Rwanda. All I have to do is hold my breathe for a month and that too shall pass. When my grandmother turned 100 she said she still worried about all her kids. 38 more years of worry and I should have all bases covered.

An outstanding day here and we can FINALLY breath. We have a NW wind, blowing quite hard, and that air out there is just crystal clear and fresh. AWESOME! Hope you are enjoying the same.
I see that Pluggin got to have yet another great day on the water. I would pretty much kill to see that pod of dolphins, and the butterfly was just an added bonus. Can you imagine the monarchs fly up all the way from Mexico - though mountains, oceans, etc., only to meet their end in Canada on someone's bumper who is going 140 clicks. SIGH.
All is quiet on the home front with the exception of Cody forgetting to shut off the kitchen faucet before going up to the washroom. Result - Major flood, which he spent all morning cleaning up because I was at work - there is a God! However, as there was a tonne of dish soap in the over flowing water, I now have to scrub the floors because I am sticking. At least I will be super clean and it is a good night to dry due to the wind.
That thought! - must get to. Have a great day. Word.
