Mostly sunny and hot over the next couple of days with slight rain chances

Good Afternoon! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 89, but it feels like 94. Highs will continue to range between 76 and 91 with lows between 50 and 66. There is a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms today. A few storms could be strong to severe with heavy rain, large hail, and gusty winds being the main threats. A slight chance of rain on Monday, but most of the rain will occur late Monday night into Tuesday. Some severe weather is possible with large hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain being the main threats. There is a 50% chance of scattered thunderstorms on Tuesday. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 86, but it feels like 89. Todays high is 89 and a low of 67 with a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms. Mondays high is 87 with a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms. Hope yall are having a great Sunday and I'll have another post tomorrow morning.
