Campbell County in northern Kentucky...
Kenton County in northern Kentucky...
northern Clermont County in southwest Ohio...
southern Hamilton County in southwest Ohio...

* until 515 PM EDT.

* At 208 PM EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain.
These storms are producing rainfall amounts of one to two inches
per hour. With the ground already saturated the rain will quickly
runoff into streams and creeks.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
