Watch... which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Thursday
morning.

* Snow is possible from Tuesday morning through Thursday
morning.

* Snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are possible Tuesday through
Tuesday night.

* Total snow accumulations through Wednesday night of 8 to 12
inches possible... with locally higher amounts.

* Significant reductions in visibility are possible starting
Tuesday night. Wind gusts over 30 mph expected to result in
