A red flag warning remains in effect from 11 am to 9 PM MDT
Thursday.

* Area and timing... this includes the northeast and east Central
Plains as well as the northwest and northeast Highlands and
Sandia... Manzano and Gallinas Mountains below significant snow
pack late Thursday morning through early evening.

* 20 foot winds... west 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* Relative humidity... ranging from 6 to 15 percent.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
