Weather Underground Forecast for Thursday, May 24, 2012.

Central and Southeastern Europe will see afternoon and evening thunderstorms develop on Thursday as a trough of low pressure hanging over the Black sea destabilizes the weather in the region. Thunderstorms will be most heavily concentrated in the southeast, around Greece, but scattered wet weather will push through southern Germany and into coastal France.

East and north of the main precipitation area, clear skies and relatively warm weather are anticipated, but a few thunderstorms could pop up. This will be true of Spain and Portugal, where interior temperatures will be quite pleasant. Highs along the north coast will be cooler, and chances for rain will be higher as well.

The Interior of the UK will also be warm, but the high elevations of the islands could see clouds and showers as moisture streams overhead.

Northern Europe and Scandinavia will similarly see warm weather, but chances of rain will be much lower.
