Saturday May 5, 2012

Gainesville, FL (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: By the time we first caught glimpse of the moon, it was already fairly high over the horizon. There is lots of haze over the horizon and some fires are still burning. Nonetheless, it was a gorgeous site to behold!

Agreed! Haze, fog, clouds, whatever, all add to our own views of this spectacular moon. This does make a lovely composition!

About gatorgal

gatorgal

My passion is photography. I love the natural areas, parks and preserves that are still a part of Florida. A resident of Gainesville since 1982, University of Florida employee, and enthusiastic photographer of nature and wildlife. I enjoy viewing and visiting places through your images and series. Photography is such a wonderful way to express yourself artistically and share the world around you. All comments and opinions are welcome. Marijka Willis gatorgalpics on Flickr
