Over 750mm of rainfall in the past 48 hours resulted in the overflowing of 5 dams, 4 major waterways and several creeks that submerged 60% of the Philippine capital in 1-15ft of floodwater.

Great series of weather pics!!!...sorry for those who have to endure extreme weather! Sorry, 'jackandcoke', we can't all afford solar panels and buried lines, some of us still have to live in the real world...I especially like this pic, the bright umbrella really contrasts with the mood...!
